What should I bring for entry? Entry
Bring your original ID card and have your check-in code (QR code) ready; in winter dress warmly and wear non-slip shoes.
When does Ice and Snow World generally open? Entry
Ice and Snow World is a seasonal winter park, usually opening around late December and running to about the end of February the following year. Exact opening/closing dates and daily hours vary with weather and each year’s arrangements — before travelling, check the booking page and on-site notices.
Do popular attractions need reservations? How? Entry
Popular attractions such as the big ice slide and the Ferris wheel may require reserving or taking a number per on-site guidance after entering. Do what you most want early, then stroll the park.
How do I verify my ticket at entry after ordering? Entry
After payment a check-in voucher is generated. Enter by verifying your original ID card or the document used for booking; make sure the booker’s details match the visitor.
Are there warming areas in the park? Entry
The park has warming houses and hot-drink points as rest stops to rewarm; drinks cost more, so bringing a thermos is an option.
Can I bring food into the park? Entry
The park has dining and hot-drink points; bringing a few snacks is generally fine, subject to on-site rules — please keep the park tidy.
What time do the lights come on? Entry
The lights usually come on around dusk; afterwards the ice buildings and snow sculptures are lit in colour — the prettiest and busiest time for night views. Exact timing shifts by season; subject to on-site arrangements.
Do children need a ticket to enter? How do they enter without an ID card? Entry
Children enter free or by ticket depending on height or age; those without an ID card may verify with a household register or other valid document per the booking notes. Details follow the booking page and on-site instructions.
Can I bring a stroller or wheelchair into the park? Entry
Strollers and wheelchairs are usually allowed; the park is mostly outdoor ice-and-snow ground, so watch your step. For accessibility assistance, consult on-site staff.
What time does the park close? What is the latest entry time? Entry
Closing and latest-entry times shift by season and each year’s arrangements; entry usually stops some time before closing. Check the booking page and on-site notices, and allow enough time to visit.
